BLUE CHEESE PINWHEELS 
1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
1 tsp. mayonnaise
1 c. (4 oz.) crumbled blue cheese

Separate dough on floured surface to make 4 rectangles. (Pinch together at perforations.) Spread mayonnaise on each rectangle. Sprinkle each with blue cheese. Roll up rectangle starting at long end. Seal edge, pinch and tuck ends. Slice rolls into 1/4 inch sections. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool and serve.

NOTE: Grated cheese and thinly sliced pepperoni can be substituted for blue cheese and mayonnaise.
