COMPANY PORK CHOPS | |
4 pork chops, boned and cut into strips Flour to dust strips 1/2 tsp. Beau Monde Seasoning 1 tsp. Bouquet Garni 1 tbsp. oil 1 clove garlic, minced 1 can condensed mushroom soup 2/3 c. milk 1 cube beef bouillon (optional) 1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, undrained Season and dust pork strips with flour. Brown strips in hot oil with minced garlic added. Remove strips and drain excess oil. On medium heat, blend mushroom soup, milk and bouillon. Add artichoke hearts and browned meat. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Serve over rice or wide egg noodles. Serves 4 to 6. |
