125 g. vermicelli cut in 1 1/4" lengths
4 c. water
1 tbsp. sago
6 c. milk without water
1/4 c. sugar
A pinch gilabee color
Cashew nuts fried in butter 2 tbsp.
1 tbsp. kismis fried in butter or ghee
1/4 tsp. cardamon powder
Drop rose essence

Same as milk Payasam.
