HEARTY HALIBUT 
2 lbs. halibut or other fish steaks
2/3 c. thinly sliced onions
1 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/3 c. chopped tomato
1/4 c. chopped green pepper and parsley
3 tbsp. chopped pimento
1/2 c. dry white wine
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. dill weed
Pepper and salt to taste

Arrange onion slices in bottom of greased baking dish and place fish on top. Combine remaining vegetables and spread over fish. Combine wine, lemon juice and seasonings and pour over all. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Serve with lemon wedges.
