TANGY HALIBUT | |
2 c. plain low fat yogurt 1/2 tsp. minced or crushed garlic 3-4 tbsp. lemon juice 2 halibut fillets, 3/4 to 1 inch thick Turn boiler on. In bowl blend yogurt, garlic, and lemon juice. Line broiler pan with foil and place fish on it. Spread half the sauce on fish. Broil 10 minutes, then check for doneness (yogurt topping will be light golden and fish can be flaked with fork). Broil longer if necessary but do not over cook. Serve fish with remaining yogurt sauce. |
