BAKED HALIBUT 
Halibut fillets
Sliced onion rings
Cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1/3 pkg. Uncle Dan's California dill salad dressing mix
Bread crumbs

Combine together sour cream and mayonnaise. Place fillets in bottom of casserole dish. Layer onion slices, then cheese and cover with sour cream and mayonnaise sauce. Use less sauce depending on how much halibut you use. Add Uncle Dan's to sauce. Top with crushed bread crumbs. Cook at 375 to 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbling hot. Do not over cook. Serves 4.
