PARMESAN CRACKERS 
8 tbsp. soft butter - creamed
3/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. all purpose flour
1 c. finely grated fresh parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper

Mix all ingredients until just pulling together. Form into a disc and chill 2 hours or overnight. Flour surface well and roll into a rectangle. Use a ruler and a pizza cutter to cut into squares while on cookie sheet. Prick each with a fork.

Bake at 375°F until light golden brown, approximately 15-20 minutes. Let cool slightly and re-cut with a pizza cutter.
