ORANGE APRICOT SALAD 
1 box orange Jello
1 c. hot water
1 can apricot halves, drained and juice reserved
1 can crushed pineapple, drained and juice reserved
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1 c. sm. marshmallows
2 c. Cool Whip
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Dissolve Jello in hot water, add 1/2 cup apricot juice and 1/2 cup pineapple juice. Cool. When partially set, add apricot halves, pineapple and marshmallows. Put in 9x13 glass dish and return to refrigerator to set.

Cook sugar, flour, egg and remaining juice until thick; cool. Add cooked mixture to Cool Whip and mix. Spread on set Jello mixture. Top with grated cheese. Chill.
