2 c. brown sugar
1 egg white
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil sugar and water to softball stage. Beat egg white. Pour sugar mix over egg white and beat at the same time. Add vanilla and beat until thickened. Drop onto wax paper.
