EGG - BACON BAKE 
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter, melted
5 hard cooked eggs, peeled and sliced
3 slices bacon, chopped
1 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Toss bread crumbs and butter; divide amount 4 buttered 10 ounce custard cups. Layer egg slices over bread crumbs.

Fry bacon until crisp; drain. Mix bacon, sour cream, onion, milk, salt, paprika, and pepper. Spoon onto eggs. Top with cheese. Cook uncovered in 350 degree oven until cheese is melted, 10-15 minutes. 4 servings.
