MEXICAN DIP 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. Lipton dried onion soup mix
2 cans tomato soup
1 tsp. cumin
2 heaping tsp. chili powder
Garlic powder to taste
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 jar Pace picante sauce

Mix together and cook for 1 hour. Serve with chips.
