CHICKEN BREAST DIVAN (MICROWAVE) 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli (or any vegetable)
3 chicken breasts
1 can cream soup (chicken, mushroom, celery)
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Dash pepper (black or white)
1 can onion rings (can use frozen)
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Thaw broccoli slightly and arrange in an 11 x 7 inch glass pyrex dish. Space your chicken breasts evenly atop broccoli and microwave on high 20-25 minutes or until breasts are no longer pink.

In the meantime combine your soup, Cheddar cheese and pepper. Heat on low flame. Spoon over the chicken and broccoli; cook for 5 minutes on high. Sprinkle with French fried onions and Parmesan cheese. Cook 3 minutes. Serve wit a salad and rolls.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
