SNOWBALL CAKE | |
2 pkgs (3 oz.) lemon Jello 1/2 c. boiling water 1/2 c. cold water 1 c. sugar 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple 1 angel food cake 2 (8 oz.) containers Cool Whip Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add cold water, sugar and pineapple. Mix well and chill until it begins to set. Add 1 container of Cool Whip and mix thoroughly. Alternate layers of broken angel food cake and Jello mixture in tube pan. Let set until firm. Unmold and ice with remaining Cool Whip. |
