WESTERN MEAL IN ONE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. green pepper
1 tsp. salt or less, to taste
1 tsp. chili powder
1 (16 oz.) chili beans, undrained
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes or a can of Rotel, it you like it hot (undrained)
3/4 c. uncooked rice
3/4 c. cheese
1/4 c. black olives

Brown meat with onions, garlic, and green pepper. Add rest of ingredients except cheese and olives. Bake at 350 degres for 30 minutes. Add cheese and olives. Bake 15 minutes.
