1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli (thaw and drain)
2 c. shredded Cheddar
1/3 chopped onion
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick
Seasoning

Grease 9 inch pie plate (Pam is fine). Drain broccoli. Put in plate with 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar and all onion (can do this much ahead). Mix 2 eggs beaten, with 1 cup of milk and all Bisquick. Pour over broccoli and cheese and onion. Bake 35 minutes in 425 degree oven. Remove. Add remaining 1/2 cup cheese on top. Return for 5 minutes until melted. Yummy.
