1 pkg. chopped broccoli
3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cooked chicken, cubed
2/3 c. chopped onions
1 1/3 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick
Salt & pepper to taste

Grease 10 inch pie plate. Mix broccoli, 2 cups cheese, chicken and onions. Put in pie plate. Beat milk, eggs, Bisquick, salt and pepper 15 seconds in blender on high. Pour into pie plate. Bake 25-35 minutes at 400 degrees. Top with remaining cheese and bake 1-2 minutes longer.
