HOT DOG SAUCE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Ketchup

Brown beef with onion over medium heat, breaking up meat with a fork. Drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients, excepting ketchup. Mix well, then add enough ketchup to keep mixture loose. Simmer, partially covered for 1 hour, adding ketchup as needed. Makes enough sauce for 6 to 8 medium sized hot dogs.
