ORANGE CURRY SAUCE 
1 c. orange marmalade
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tbsp. curry powder
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. ginger

Combine all ingredients in small saucepan. Heat to boiling and then simmer, stirring constantly, until marmalade is melted and sauce is well blended. Will be quite liquid. Thickens when refrigerated. Serve warm or cold.
