ROAST CHICKEN WITH CURRIED HONEY
MUSTARD SAUCE
 
2 whole broiler fryer chicken breasts, halved
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/3 c. honey
1/3 c. spicy mustard
1 tbsp. curry powder
2 garlic cloves, minced

In small bowl, make sauce by mixing together honey, mustard, curry and garlic. Place chicken, skin side up, in single layer in large shallow baking pan. Pour sauce over chicken and bake 350 degree oven, basting every 15 minutes about 1 hour or until chicken is fork tender. Serves 4.
