HAM CASSEROLE 
1 green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 c. butter
2 c. diced, cooked ham
1 (28 oz.) tomatoes
1 (7 oz.) pitted ripe olives, halved
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 c. raw rice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cook green pepper and onion in butter. Mix with remaining ingredients. Turn into buttered 2 quart casserole. Cover, bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes until rice is tender. Stir twice while baking. Serves 6.
