BLACK-EYED PEA CASSEROLE WITH
HAM
 
4 c. cooked or 2 (1 lb.) cans black-eyed peas, drained and rinsed
1 tsp. dried sage
8 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
8 oz. ham
1 tbsp. olive oil
Pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, then transfer to a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
