3 eggs
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 lb. cream cheese
1 sweet green pepper, chopped
1 sm. can pimento, chopped
1 onion, minced
1 tbsp. butter
Salt to taste

Mix egg, sugar and vinegar and bring to boil in double boiler. Remove from heat and add the remaining ingredients. Beat while hot. Chill. Good with crackers, chips, etc.
