PEACH PAN CAKE 
1 med. can peaches
1 box yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1 1/3 c. water
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch

ICING:

1 stick butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cook in long cake pan. Mix cake mix, oil, eggs, and water. Pour in pan. Chop up peach slices on top of batter, then mix peach juice with 1/2 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons cornstarch and pour over the batter. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.

Icing: Mix 1 stick butter, 1 1/4 cups sugar, 1 cup milk, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla; boil for 2 minutes. Pour over cooked cake.
