1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. self rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Blend all ingredients together blend in two grated carrots and one cup chopped nuts. Bake in greased and floured tube pan for one hour.
