CUCUMBER MOUSSE 
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 pt. plain yogurt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. grated, pared, seeded cucumber
Salad greens

Sprinkle gelatin over cold water to soften. Stir over hot water until dissolved. Whisk mayonnaise, yogurt and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in the dissolved gelatin, then the cucumber. Pour into 6 custard cups. Chill to set, unmold and garnish with salad greens.
