SAUSAGE-POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bulk sausage, browned and drained (you can also use smoked sausage links)
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt (cut down if sausage is seasoned)
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. onion salt
4 c. sliced potatoes
1 c. Velveeta
1 1/2 c. milk

Place 1/2 of potatoes in greased casserole dish. Add 1/2 of flour, pepper and salt over potatoes, then add 1/2 sausage and 1/2 of cheese. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

Pour milk over all.

Bake at 350°F at least 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
