2 tbsp. butter
3 c. hot rice
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 (1 lb. 4 1/2 oz.) (2 1/2 c.) pineapple tidbits
