DUNKING PLATTERS 
2 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. granulated sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. oatmeal
2 c. cornflakes
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. raisins
1 c. shredded coconut

Blend butter and sugars. Add and mix eggs and vanilla with electric mixer. Add flour, baking powder and baking soda. Mix at medium speed. Stir in with spoon: oatmeal, cornflakes, raisins, and coconut. Mix well. Drop by tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Separate well on sheet, as they spread. Bake 12 minutes at 350 degrees. Yield: 6-7 dozen large cookies.

NOTE: You may substitute nuts, chocolate chips, etc., for raisins or coconut.
