CRAB PLATTER LORRAINE 
FIRST LAYER:

12 oz. softened cream cheese
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 sm. onion, grated fine
Dash of salt

SECOND LAYER:

1/2 bottle chili sauce

THIRD LAYER:

7 1/2 oz. crab meat

FOURTH LAYER:

Dried parsley or chives

Layer 1: Blend, then spread on low platter.

Layer 2: Spread chili sauce over cheese mixture.

Layer 3: Layer on crab meat.

Layer 4: Sprinkle generously with chives or parsley. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with crackers.
