TROPICAL FRUIT SALAD PLATTER 
1 papaya, sliced, save seeds for dressing
2-3 kiwi fruit, sliced in rounds
1 1/2 c. fresh cherries
2 oranges, sliced diagonally
1 1/2 strawberries

DRESSING:

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 egg
3/4 c. white wine vinegar
1 1/2 c. salad oil
1 tbsp. chopped green onions
3 tbsp. papaya seeds

Arrange the papaya, kiwi, cherries, oranges, bananas, and strawberries around the edges of the platter. Prepare dressing.

Place sugar, salt, mustard, egg, and vinegar in blender container. Turn blender on very slowly; add the oil, blending until a thick sheen forms on dressing. Add green onions and papaya seeds. Mix to blend.

Note: Do not puree as dressing is more attractive with onions and seed visible.

Makes 3 cups.
