HOLIDAY PLATTER OR DIP 
1 can refried beans
1 lg. or 2 med. avocado
About 1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 pt. sour cream mixed with taco seasoning mix
1 or 2 jalapeno peppers (optional)

Spread beans on large plate, then layer with avocado mashed with lemon juice. Mix seasoning mix in sour cream and spread over other ingredients. Chop some green pepper, green onion, tomato and sprinkle over top. Sprinkle with sliced black olives and top with about a cup of shredded Mozzarella or cheddar cheese.
