ITALIAN BEEF 
1 (3-4 lb.) chuck roast
1 can beef broth
1 can of beer
1 jar pepperoni peppers (mild)
2-3 onions, sliced
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and crushed oregano

Use a 9 x 13 inch baking pan or crock pot. Sprinkle meat with salt, pepper, garlic, and oregano. Lay slices of onion and peppers. Pour broth, beef, and pepperocini juice on meat; cover. Bake at 300 degrees for 4 hours or all day in crock pot. Serve on hard rolls as a hot sandwich. Easy and delicious!
