2 to 4 lbs. chuck or pot roast 1 can beef consomme 1 pkg. dry zesty Italian dressing Put beef in crock pot on low with 1 can beef consomme and enough water to cover. Cook overnight or all day. Take beef out and shred when ready to serve. Put beef back in crock pot with enough broth to cover. Sprinkle in zesty Italian and cook until warm. Ready to serve. |
