1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 jar Mrs. Richardson's caramel topping
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
2 Heath candy bars, crushed

Make cake night before. Punch holes in cool cake. Mix milk and caramel, pour over cake. Top with Cool Whip. Garnish with Heath bars. Chill.
