German chocolate cake mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 jar Mrs. Richardson's butterscotch caramel ice cream topping
1 carton Cool Whip
3 Heath candy bars, crushed

Bake the cake mix according to the package directions. While still hot from the oven, make holes in the top with a wooden spoon handle and pour in the sweetened condensed milk. In the same holes pour the jar of ice cream topping. Let this cool. Spread the carton of Cool Whip over top and sprinkle the crushed candy over all.
