CHICKEN RICE CURRY 
4 chicken breasts, baked & chopped
4 c. cooked rice
1/2 to 1 c. each chopped green onion, bell pepper & celery
1 c. slivered almonds
1 c. golden raisins
1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise mixed with 3 tsp. curry powder
Salt & pepper

Mix and chill several hours before serving. Add more curry if you like it spicy.
