CARROTS WITH HORSERADISH 
8 carrots, sliced & cooked or 2 cans carrots, reserve liquid
1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. onion, grated
2 tbsp. horseradish
1/2 c. bread crumbs, butter
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1/4 tsp. pepper

In greased casserole, place carrots and 4 tablespoons liquid. Combine mayonnaise, onions, horseradish, salt, pepper and pour over carrots. Cover with crumbs, almonds and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 6.
