HORSERADISH CARROTS 
6 or 8 carrots, sliced and cooked

SAUCE:

1/4 c. water from cooking carrots
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 tsp. grated onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Mix and pour over hot carrots. Do not cook this. Sprinkle parsley over all. Serves 5 or 6 people.
