HORSERADISH CARROTS 
Carrots, about 1 1/2 lb.
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. horseradish
Melted butter
Bread crumbs

Clean carrots and cut each into 2 to 3 pieces. Cook until tender. Drain but reserve 1/4 cup cooking liquid. Place carrots in a baking dish. Mix mayonnaise with horseradish and stir in carrot liquid. Pour over carrots. Toss melted butter with bread crumbs and spread over carrots. Bake 10 to 15 minutes in 350 degree oven.
