CARROTS WITH HORSERADISH SAUCE 
1 1/2 lbs. carrots
1/3 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. water
4 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. sliced almonds
1 tbsp. chopped parsley

Steam the carrots until tender. Combine other ingredients and toss in cooked carrots in an oven proof baking dish. Top with almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Top with chopped parsley.
