MICROWAVE NACHOS 
1 bag tortilla chips
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 sm. can sliced black olives
1 sm. can jalapeno peppers or milder green chilies
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
Diced tomatoes
Sour cream

Lay chips on platter that fits in microwave. Brown beef in microwave by placing it in plastic container over small bowl to catch drippings. Sprinkle beef over nachos and using teaspoon so you don't scatter or cracker chips, drop dollops of beans on top of beef and chips. Sprinkle with olives, peppers or chilies and cheese. Microwave on high 2 minutes or until cheese melts. Add sour cream or diced tomatoes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
