SOUR CREAM NACHO'S 
1 bag tortilla chips
2 lb. hamburger
2 cans pinto beans
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 lg. jar of salsa sauce (hot or medium)
1/4 head lettuce, diced up
2 lg. tomatoes, diced up
1 lg. green pepper, diced up
3 jalapeno peppers, diced up
1 block of colby cheese, shredded

Layer chips in bottom of 9x13 baking dish and bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Brown hamburger in skillet, drain grease. Follow back of taco season packet. Heat pinto beans in sauce pan until smooth. Spread hamburger seasoning mixture over taco chips. Pinto beans spread on top of hamburger mixture. Sprinkle peppers on next, then lettuce and tomatoes. Pour salsa sauce over all, to outer edges. Top with cheese. Place in oven long enough to melt cheese. Serve with sour cream on top. Nice dish for large gathering.
