SOUR CREAM POTATO SALAD 
3 c. chopped cold potatoes
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. mustard
Lettuce
1/2 c. diced canned luncheon meat
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped pickles
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. sour cream

Combine potatoes, luncheon meat, eggs, pepper, salt, pickles, and onion; mix well. Add vinegar, mustard, and sour cream. Chill. Serve on leaf lettuce.
