4 c. cooked and diced potatoes
1 c. diced celery
2 sm. onions, cut fine
4 hard cooked eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
Salt to taste

Mash egg yolks and mix with sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Add to the potatoes, celery, and onions. Let it stand several hours.
