MELON WITH CREAM FLUFF 
1/4 c. soft style cream cheese
1/4 c. dairy sour cream
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. poppy seed (optional)
1 med. cantaloupe or honeydew melon, seeded and cut into 8 wedges
Lettuce leaves
4 slices kiwi fruit

In small mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, sour cream, honey, milk and poppy seed, if desired. Cover and chill until serving time.

Peel melon and arrange 2 melon wedges on each of 4 lettuce lined plates. Dollop each serving with cheese mixture. Top with kiwi fruit. Makes 4 servings.
