ORANGE CREAM FRUIT 
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
3 med. bananas, sliced
2 med. apples, chopped
1 3/4 oz. instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
3/4 c. sour cream
Lettuce cups

In large bowl, combine fruits. Set aside. In small bowl, combine dry pudding mix, milk and orange juice. Beat with beater until blended, 1-2 minutes. Beat in sour cream. Fold into fruit mixture. Cover and chill. Serve in lettuce cups. Makes 10 servings.
