MICROWAVE TRUFFLES 
24 oz. semi-sweet or milk chocolate pieces, melted
2 tbsp butter, softened
2 tbsp. sour cream
1/2 tbsp. vanilla

Bring all to a soft boil. Remove from heat. As mixture firms, roll into small balls and roll in favorite topping (1/2 c. chopped roasted nuts, 1/4 c. coconut, instant mocha, etc.).

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
