1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies
1 stick butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 lg. box instant chocolate pudding

Crush Oreos. Mix butter with crumbs. Pat into a 9 x 13 pan, saving some crumbs. Freeze 20 minutes. Mix half of Cool Whip with cream cheese and pour over crust. Freeze 20 minutes. Mix pudding and pour over top. Spread rest of Cool Whip over pudding. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Makes 12-15 servings.
