CREAMED CHICKEN 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 c. flour
14 1/2 oz. can chicken broth
2 (5 oz. each) cans chunk white chicken or turkey, undrained
2 tbsp. pimientos
Biscuits or toast

In 2 quart saucepan over medium heat in hot butter cook onion with poultry seasoning until tender. Add flour, cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Gradually stir in broth. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Stir in chicken and pimento, heat through. Serve over biscuits or toast.
