SAUERKRAUT BUNS 
Follow directions on hot roll mix. Let rise.

In large skillet cook sausage, onion; add salt and pepper. Cook until well crumbled. Drain fat (set aside).

In large skillet add 1 jar drained sauerkraut, sugar and 2 cups water. Cook until all water has evaporated. Add sausage; mix. Let cool to touch.

Roll out dough. Cut into circles. Stuff with mix and pinch ends together. Make sure fingers are dry (using flour) or your dough won't stick together.

Place on cookie sheet. Let rise again (about 1 1/2 hours). Cover with clean, warm towel. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. Brush butter on top.
